The super impromtu night out to the Sports Bash at Butter Factory on Thursday night was good. The music, the crowd size and the company of my friends.

Meng said that it'll be our last year to party. When we graduate, we'll most likely be the oldest at parties and would also have to work the next day even if we weren't at parties but just out clubbing. How true.

if only time would stand still. this is one 'if' that will probably almost never happen. (think: the movie lakehouse.. fiction yes but think: anything's possible haha think: time machines and capsules, think: physics and science and what have you)

i read my sis's blog about her happy times with her man...etc and wishing that things will always be that way. sad to say, not that i think she will not be happy with her man forever, but things will always be different. the good news is she can be happy with her man despite being in various situations. the bad news is time will not stand still and every day, every period, every stage of your life will be different.

going into my fourth year of university, i can't help but feel the same way too. that if only time will stand still and days are generally carefree. even if you will yourself to think that way and make that happen, i think the majority of people, will know that that will not happen cos as we age and as we move into the working reality, when will such days come again.

i am enjoying my stay in A blk. moving away from my former room, which i've stayed for 2 years feels good. i think even though i'm rather risk averse, i tend to realise that sometimes change is beneficial. i miss my "C3 girls" but i like my room, my view, my new/old neighbours. some of my girls have graduated, other than dingding who is staying on my wing, the others are either downstairs or nearby. i miss being (approximity) closer to the "B3 girls", the "B4 guys" esp meng (for jojo, the shoeguy). thankfully he pops by and visits often. now, the remaining B4 guys are the D4 guys. and D4 IS far from A3. the B3 girls are still on B3 but B3 is also far. despite me not being close to everyone, sometimes, it's just being around, being close by, that counts. it was a good 2 years, nevertheless, i am still enjoying my life thus far and i guess i have never been truly happier in the past 2 years. my friends, my family, my space.

rather abrupt but, i'm ending off with this: since change is the only constant, let me embrace it.

for the first time i am not blogging abt rag day as a dancer. i was a spectator. so no pictures of me in funny body paint! i think we did well but just not well enough maybe. i thought some other floats and presentations were really good but i still like our dance the best. then again, i may be biased. hehe.

i love my eusoff no matter what. even though the people may have come and gone, and there are many new faces around, the eusoff that remains in my heart is the eusoff with the people i know. i'll always be proud of eusoff in the years that i'm here.

my friends and i at the party yesterday. really good friends that i've made from eusoff :)

I'm back in hall!!!

I have a super clean room but it's rather empty. I hope I bought enough essentials for me to stay tonight. I realised one essential which I forgot though. My toothbrush! Haha. I feel a bit younger being in hall. Why? Cos it means I'm still in school and no more office work! Muahaha...

I hope it'll be a good year :) Happy 0607 everyone!
